Dance Classes

Experience the joy of moving to music in dance classes while improving your level of fitness, and burn 300 to 500 calories while you do it. Pro Fitness dance classes are good exercise regardless of your fitness level. There’s no experience required!

If you enjoy moving and shaking your hips to a Latin beat, you'll love our Zumba dance workout. You don’t need a partner; just bring yourself, wearing regular tennis shoes. We also have Salsa music, Reggaeton, and more! This is more of a party than a workout! Don’t miss it!


Spin Classes (Group Cycling)

Pedal your way to a healthier life with a cycling class at Pro Fitness. Combine energizing music with a unique exercise class for a great fitness workout with powerful results. Spin classes can strengthen the heart and lungs, burn calories, lower total cholesterol, decrease stress, reduce the risk of some diseases and improve quality of life. Spin classes provide you with all the benefits of aerobic activity in a fun-filled and supportive group setting. Go ahead — get your heart pumping with a few good workouts.

In the ProCycle class you’ll enjoy an athletic and authentic cycling ride. With driving music and great drills, we bring your outdoor cycling experience indoors without the barking dogs! You’ll climb hills, pass riders on the flats and maybe even do a few time-trials. Get ready to sweat! We bring the workout. You bring a towel and water bottle. After this workout you’ll feel ready to go for the “yellow jersey”!


Kickboxing Classes

Mix up your routine with the balance, coordination, and strength-building moves of boxing or kickboxing while burning 300 to 600 calories. These high-intensity kickboxing classes are a great full body workout, incorporating a broad range of punches and athletic drills. No matter which group boxing class you choose, training like this will prepare you physically for whatever punches life throws your way.

Kickboxing classes provide a cardiovascular workout consisting of jabs, hooks, uppercuts and kicks designed to get you on your way to a leaner body and a healthier state of mind. We use no equipment, and you don’t need gloves. You are most suitable for our kickboxing classes if you are at a medium to high fitness level, but newcomers are always welcome. If you are a newcomer, just let your instructor know.


Pilates Classes

The Pilates method, originally created by Joseph Pilates in Germany to rehabilitate dancers’ injuries, is a perfect complement to your Yoga practice. Pilates classes are an excellent component of core strength training, and they help achieve body alignment. Consider alternating Yoga classes and Pilates classes in your fitness training routine for maximum results. You are suitable for Pilates classes regardless of your fitness and experience level.


Step Aerobics Classes

Aerobics classes were not just a fad of the 1980s. Traditional aerobics classes and step aerobics classes are still popular and effective ways to burn fat and build cardiovascular endurance. Step aerobics classes are different from traditional aerobics classes because they use an elevated platform (the step). In any of our aerobics classes, you can expect to burn 300 to 600 calories. They provide an enjoyable and exciting way to boost your energy and move to the beat.
