I have been a professionally certified Personal Trainer for 16 years. I enjoy helping clients reach their personal goals whether they are new to the gym or just looking for a new approach to their exercise program. I have competed in Natural Bodybuilding (no drugs) for over a decade and bring that knowledge of peak nutrition and fitness to my work. Additionally, I am a Mental Health therapist who believes that a healthy body and mind contributes to an enhanced quality of life. Training should have a purpose, a plan and be FUN!
